How do I make a reservation?

  • On our website: you can book your next stay at Holiday Suites, literally 24/7. Fill in your desired destination and dates of stay. Then choose your stay from the results list and go through the booking process, including the completion of your travel company, any extras and your personal details.
  • Via a Holiday Advisor: you can contact us daily from 08:00 AM to 22:00 PM by phone at +32 (0)2 588 03 03. We will be happy to book your stay based on your wishes.

You will always receive a confirmation of your booking via e-mail. If you prefer not to pay immediately, you will also receive a secured payment link via e-mail so you can pay later for your booking.

 

What is included in the price?

The price shown on the website always includes booking fees, bed sheets, final cleaning, tourist tax (depending on the destination), gas and electricity.

If you would like to book extra services, you can always do this during the booking process or via a Holiday Advisor on +32 (0)2 588 03 03.

 

Are there any additional costs on top of the rent?

No, the price you pay includes your stay, reservation fees, bed sheets, tourist tax, cleaning fees and utilities (gas & electricity).

What extras can I add?

Make yourself even more comfortable by adding one or more extra services to your stay. You can have made beds at arrival, parking, towels, …  An overview of the supplements can be found here.

Can I add extra services at a later time?

Absolutely! You can book an extra service at any time by contacting us via info@holidaysuites.be, chat or telephone. Please have your reservation number handy.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, we don’t require a deposit. If something breaks during your stay, we do ask you to report it via info@holidaysuites.be or via +32 2 588 03 03.

A deposit will only be charged for bookings made for companies, groups and long-term stays. Our Business & Groups team will be happy to tell you more about this. You can reach them during office hours from 08:00h till 17:00h on +32 (0)2 588 03 03 or via sales@holidaysuites.be.

 

On what days can I arrive and leave?

At Holiday Suites, we find flexibility quite important. That's why you can come and go on any day of the week.

 

Can I still book a last minute?

Via our website you can book a stay until 21h.

You can also speak to a Holiday Advisor on +32 (0)2 588 03 03, daily until 22:00 PM. We will then immediately look at the possibilities for you.

 

Can I book multiple holiday suites at the same time?

Of course. When you want to book multiple stays, please contact our Holiday Advisor on +32 (0)2 588 03 03 or via info@holidaysuites.be.

If you are looking to book multiple stays for your company or want to book for a larger group then our Business & Groups team will be happy to help you. You can reach them during office hours from 08:00h till 17:00h on +32 (0)2 66 20 725 or via sales@holidaysuites.be.

 

 

Can I make a group booking?

Absolutely! Depending on the location we can accommodate up to 11 people per suite.

For (group) reservations of more than 15 people, we would like to refer you to our Business & Groups team. They will be happy to make you an offer based on your wishes as a group. You can reach them during office hours from 08:00h till 17:00h on +32 (0)2 66 20 725 or via sales@holidaysuites.be.

 

Can I book for a longer period?

Yes, that’s possible! You can easily book stays up to 21 days via our website.

Are there accessible suites for people with disabilities?

Sure! Each of our destinations has suites that are fully adapted to the needs of disabled people.

You'll find these accommodations on our website: use the filters on the left side of the search results pages. You can of course also contact us with these or other specific wishes via info@holidaysuites.be or via +32 (0)2 588 03 03

 

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are more than welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets in per stay and charge €10 per night per pet.

To add your pets to your booking, you can check this option during the booking process. The fee will automatically be added to the total amount.

We also remind you that every pet has to comply with the European regulations. For more information and travelling from third countries or non-European countries, have a look at the regulations in Belgium.

Allergic to pets? Per destination we always have some suites where pets are not allowed. Please indicate this during the booking process in the 'comments' box.

 

Are there any baby facilities?

A baby kit includes a crib (sheets not included), a baby bath and a baby chair; and costs €15 per kit.

Other baby facilities such as sheets or a baby potty, you will need to bring your own.

You can book the baby kit during the booking process or at a later time by contacting a Holiday Advisor on +32 (0)2 588 03 03.

Is there parking at the residence?

Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions per destination.

 

Can I store my bicycle(s) safely?

Our residences in Westende, Nieuwpoort, Zeebrugge and Midden-Limburg have bicycle parking facilities. For further details per destination, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions per destination.

 

Holiday Suites De Haan, Jabbeke and Blankenberge do not have a separate bicycle shed.

 

I made a booking

When do I receive my booking confirmation?

Within one hour after booking you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. The e-mail will also indicate whether your payment has been made. If there is an outstanding amount please click on the secure payment link so you can arrange the payment.

If you haven't received the confirmation, make sure you check the spam folder or junk email.

I’ve made a booking but haven’t received any confirmation email. What should I do?

You will receive a confirmation of your booking at the e-mail address you entered when you made the booking. If you haven't received the confirmation, make sure you check the spam folder or junk email.

Will I receive a confirmation/proof of my payment?

After making the reservation you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. The e-mail will also indicate whether your payment has been made. If there is an outstanding amount please click on the secure payment link so you can arrange the payment.

For any changes or extra services added to your booking later, you will receive an email with an secure payment link.

When making a payment via the payment link in the email, you will see a box with 'payment successful!'. Please note that in this case you will not receive an additional email confirming this payment.
