I have a complaint. Where can I turn to?

We are sorry to hear that your stay or contact with Holiday Suites is not what you expected. Of course we will be happy to help you find a solution quickly.

To report a complaint, please send an email to info@holidaysuites.be, no later than two weeks after returning home. Mention your complaint, booking number and contact details. A Holiday Advisor will deal with your complaint and will send you a response within 14 calendar days.

Where can I complain about my stay at Holiday Suites if I have booked somewhere else?
