How and when will I receive my travel information?

At these fixed times you will receive the necessary information about your stay from us:

  • Your reservation will be made and paid for -> within the hour you will receive a confirmation email of your reservation. If your reservation has not been paid (in full) yet, you will find a payment link in the confirmation e-mail.
  • Two days before arrival you will receive an email from us with your access codes for your stay and directions to your Holiday Suites destination.

If you booked your last minute less than two days before arrival? The same rules apply: as soon as your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email containing the codes for your stay. Did you pay but didn't receive an email? Then be sure to check your "junk mail" folder.
 

 

How does my arrival go?

Your access codes will be active from 3pm on the day of arrival.

  • Once you have arrived at your destination, use the front door code to open the entrance door of the residence.
  • Then go to your suite and enter the suite-code to open the door.

If you have any questions or encounter problems with your codes or in your suite itself, you can contact a Holiday Advisor via +32 (0)2 588 03 03, daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

 

What time can I check in?

You can check in from 3 pm. From this moment on, your access codes will be active until 10 am on the day of departure (11 am if you booked through our website or our contact center).

We offer you the flexibility to arrive whenever you want. Keep in mind that our Holiday Advisors are available daily until 10 pm. If you arrive after this time and have any further questions, we will be able to help you from 8 am the next morning.
 

 

What time do I have to check out?

On the day of departure we ask you to check out before 10 am. If you have booked through our website or through our contact center, you will enjoy your suite one hour longer, until 11am.

After that, your access codes will no longer work.

Is there a reception?

There is no reception at our destinations. We respond to maximum flexibility by offering a digital check-in with codes on site.

Can I dispose of all my luggage before check-in time on the day of arrival?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Help! My access code doesn't work or I haven't received it

Don't panic! 

Didn't receive any codes?

You will receive your access codes 2 days before your arrival via e-mail and SMS (if you have given us your mobile number). Contact our contact center if you haven't received them.

Please note: if your booking is not completely fulfilled, you won't receive any access codes and you won't have access to our suites.

On the spot

If you enter your code on the spot and press the wrong code or key, you have 5 more attempts until a red light starts to pin. Wait 1 minute until the light stops pinging, and try again. Are you still experiencing problems? Contact us on +32 (0)2 588 03 03.

 

During my stay

What is present in my holiday suite?

On the page of each accommodation you can view some photos and you will find a list of facilities per type of suite.

At Holiday Suites you book comfort in any case: all our accommodations include 

  • An equipped kitchen with refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle
  • Crockery and kitchen utensils: from pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, ... to even a wine opener!
  • Separate bathroom with bath or shower; and toilet
 

Can I bring my own bed linen?

No, this is not allowed. For hygienic reasons, bed linen or sheets are included in your reservation. These are already included in the total price you see on our site.

The beds are not made as standard: you can book this as an extra service. Please have a look under Booking how to simply add this service to your reservation.

 

Can I bring my own towels?

Sure you can!

Would you like to gain some luggage space, though? Then simply add towels to your booking. A package contains a large and a small towel + 1 bath mat per stay and costs €7,5.
 

 

Is there free WiFi in my holiday suite?

Yes, there is free WiFi everywhere in our residences. Surfing at no extra cost!

Go to your destination to view the login details of the WiFi network.

Are there drinking and eating facilities in the residence?

We strongly believe in our concept where all our suites contain fully equipped kitchens and we also encourage our clients to discover the surroundings. 

So you won't find a bar or a resto in our residences: above all, enjoy your own suite and the best in the area!

Can I smoke in my suite?

Our suites, and by extension the residence and the entire domain, are non-smoking. Smell the fresh air!

 

Departure

How does my departure go?

We ask you to leave the suite before 10 am. If you have booked through our website or our contact center, you can enjoy your suite for another hour, until 11am. After this time, your codes will no longer be active.

Since we work with a digital check-out, you simply pull the door behind you when you leave.

But ... before you leave, we only ask you to leave the suite behind.

You take care of:

  • Please empty the dishwasher and put the dishes in the cupboard.
  • The garbage bin and glass waste should be deposited in the containers provided (please check wherethey are located).
  • Remove the sheets from the beds. You can put them in the pillowcases and stack them on the floor in the kitchen.
  • Remember to close doors and windows and turn off the lights and heating.

Don't worry, we take care of the complete final cleaning of the suite.

 

What should I remember before I leave?

First of all, your personal belongings of course!

But ... before you leave, we only ask you to leave the suite behind.

Can I do the final cleaning myself?

Final cleaning is always included in the price.

Help! I lost something or left something in my suite.

Don't panic! Contact a Holiday Advisor via +32 (0)2 588 03 03, daily between 8 am and 10 pm. He or she will immediately check with our colleagues on the spot whether any lost or abandoned belongings are still on site.
