When should I pay my full booking?

  • Reservations more than 2 months before departure and with a minimum amount of €250:

    • Deposit of 30%, to be paid immediately at the time of booking

    • Remaining amount due 2 months before departure

  • Reservations made less than 2 months before departure must be paid for at the time of booking.

  • Last minute reservations (less than 7 nights before departure): payment must be made immediately.

 

If you do not pay on time and in full for your booking, we cannot guarantee your stay and the booking will be cancelled. Of course, you will not receive any access codes.

 

How do I pay when I make a booking on the website or through our Customer Contact Center?

When booking on our website you can safely pay online by Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), iDeal, Apple Pay or by bank transfer.

If you book by phone through a Holiday Advisor, you will receive a confirmation email with payment link to pay safely online or by bank transfer.

 

Is there a surcharge or payment fee?

We do not charge a payment surcharge or booking fee to make a booking. However, it is possible that your credit card issuer applies a surcharge.

Some destinations are subject to a tourist tax imposed by the city or municipality itself. If this is the case, it will already be included in your total amount.

When changing the dates of a booking to the same or a cheaper rate, we charge an administrative fee of €25.

 
 

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, there is no deposit to be paid. If something breaks during your stay, we do ask you to report this via info@holidaysuites.be or +32 2 588 03 03.

We only charge a deposit for bookings for companies, groups and long-term stays. Our Business & Groups team will be happy to tell you more about this. You can reach them during office hours from 08:00h to 17:00h on +32 (0)2 588 03 03 or via sales@holidaysuites.be.

 

Where does the tourist tax apply and how does it work?

Bookings in 2020 are subject to a tourist tax in Blankenberge (€2.5 per person per night) and Zeebrugge (€2 per person per night). These are always included in the price, so you don't have to calculate an extra surcharge.

 

What happens if I have an outstanding balance before departure?

If you do not pay your booking on time and in full, we cannot guarantee your stay and the booking will be cancelled. Of course, you will not receive any access codes.

For a booking with departure less than 2 months and for a last minute booking (within 7 days before departure) the booking must always be paid immediately and in full.

Is it possible to pay for my booking on arrival?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We work with a digital reception so there is no reception on site. Your booking needs to be paid in full in advance.

Under no circumstances do we accept a cash payment.

 

Do I get multiple invoices if I book my holiday through another provider?

It is possible and depending on the booking provider. Charges from Holiday Suites are possible for extra services such as towels, parking, pets surcharge, etc.

 

Can I pay with eco cheques or other type of cheques?

You can pay with holiday vouchers from 'Logeren in Vlaanderen'. Contact us by phone on +32 (0)2 588 03 03.

You can't pay with eco-cheques.

 

Can I purchase a Holiday Suites gift voucher?

It is not possible to purchase a gift voucher. Maybe you'll give the next holiday as a present and join yourself 😉?

 

Can I request an invoice for my stay?

When you make a booking with us and pay for it immediately, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail together with the completed invoice.

If you prefer to pay at a later date, you will also receive an invoice with the amount still to be paid with your booking confirmation. If you still wish to receive an invoice with the amount actually paid after your full payment, you can request this via info@holidaysuites.be.
