  • I've made a booking and received a confirmation e-mail, what now?

Once we have received the entire payment of your reservation, we will send you an e-mail two days before your arrival with all the practical information you need, including your personal code that will give you access to your accommodation. In case of last minute booking you will receive a corresponding mail, once your booking has been completed. Please check out your spam or publicity leaflets if you do not find this mail.

  • At what time can I check in?

You can check in starting from 3 p.m. You are free to arrive whenever you wish. However, we recommend checking in before 10 p.m. so you can still reach us by phone in case you have any additional questions on arrival.

  • Should I bring my own bedsheets?

No, sheets are a mandatory supplement that is already included in the price of your booking. We do this out of hygienic reasons.

  • Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome in the Holiday Suites residences. With a supplement of €10/night you can take your pet with you. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. If you would like to go on vacation with your pet, choose the option « pet » while booking.

Allergic to pets ? Each Holiday Suites destination has a few holiday stay’s where pets are not allowed. This way, people who suffer from an allergy can enjoy their vacation without any worries. Please mention your request in the remark field during your reservation.

  • How do I get in touch with Holiday Suites?

  • At what time can I check in?

You can check in starting from 3 p.m. You can arrive later but we recommend checking in before 10 p.m. so you can still reach us by phone in case you have any additional questions on arrival.

  • At what time do we check-out?

Check-out time is usually at 10 a.m. However, if you have made your booking online through our website (holidaysuites.be), you are entitled to a free late check-out at 11 a.m.

  • Are there parking facilities?

You can find all of the information about the parking facilities at each destination in the description on the page of that destination.

  • Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome in the Holiday Suites residences. With a supplement of €10/night you can take your pet with you. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. If you would like to go on vacation with your pet, choose the option « pet » while booking.

  • What does my Holiday Suite look like?

You can find all information about your unit on this page, by navigating to the destination of your choise.

  • Do we need to bring our own bed linen?

For hygienic reasons, the bed linen is provided by Holiday Suites. The costs are already included in the total price, displayed at our site.

  • Do we need to bring our own towels?

If you prefer, you can bring your own towels.
It is also possible to reserve a towel package at your reservation. Each package contains one big and one small bath towel and costs 5€ a package.

  • Do I need to clean up before I leave my Holiday Suite?

Before leaving please do the dishes, empty the dustbins and remove the bed linen from your bed. Usually there is a linen bag available for the used bed linen. If not, you can throw the sheets on the kitchen floor. The final cleaning will be done by Holiday Suites.

  • Can we save money and do the cleaning ourselves?

Before your arrival and after your department, the cleaning up of your accomodation will be performed by Holiday Suites. If requested we can also provide cleaning during your stay. The costs for this cleaning are already included in your reservation price.

  • Can my suite be cleaned during my stay?

In case of lease of a longer staying, you can apply for an extra cleaning by mail to info@holidaysuites.eu. This extra service costs €60.

  • Are there any shops, restaurants, pubs, ... nearby?

At your accommodation, you will find an information folder with everything you need to know about your destination: shops, dentists, restaurants, etc… Further information you can find at our website under the heading “Travel guide” or “Things to do”.

  • Is there a swimming pool at the destinations

Three of our destinations have an open air swimming pool you can use for free. In De Haan, Zeebrugge and Houthalen-Helchteren you can enjoy a swim from the 15th of June until the 15th of September (when the weather is bad, it is possible that the swimming pool is closed). The pool are not heated.

  • What can I expect from my kitchen?

All our holiday homes have a micro-wave. You’ll find pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, hot plates, cups, a watercooker and a coffee machine. On our website you’ll find a short description of your holiday home.

  • Are pets allowed?

  • Are baby beds available?

You can order a baby kit at the price of €25 per stay. This kit includes a bed and chair, the bed linen is not included.

  • Does my Holiday Suites have a bath or a shower?

Normally, the bathroom is equipped as follows:
Blankenberge: shower
Bray-Dunes: bath or shower
Hengelhoef: shower
De Panne: bath
Equihen-Plage: bath or shower
Oye-Plage: shower
Anyway, it depends on the accommodation of your choice. Check the description of your favorite apartment

  • I'm bringing my bike. Is there a bicycle shed?

In Westende and in Houthalen-Helchteren there is a bicyle shed available. On the other destinations there is no bicycle shed.

  • How do I get to my destination?

You can find an itinerary of your selected location at our website. Also, wWhen you make a reservation you’ll receive an email with an itinerary included near the bottom of the email.

  • Is Holiday Suites accessible for disabled people?

In Bray-Dunes (Margats) there are two suites completely adapted to the needs of disabled people. Other locations do not feature adapted units. Please do contact us in case you have specific wishes. We will do all our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

  • Where can I subscribe to the newsletter for promotions?

On the left side of the website you can enter your e-mail address and subscribe to our newsletter.

  • You don't have a reception, how do I enter my holiday home?

A few days before arrival we will send you by e-mail a code that will let you open a safe containing your key. Feel free to call us if you are experiencing a problem (+3225880303).

  • Where can I leave my key at departure?

At departure you can leave your key in the safe forseen in the entrance hall. With the directions you will find a detailled plan step by step for each destination. Feel free to call us if you are experiencing a problem (+3225880303).

  • Can I book multiple holiday homes next to each other?

We will be happy to offer it according to availability. Through our site you can book multiple accommodations of the same type at once.
However, if you want to book two or more different types, you can book them separately and mention in the comments that your reservation concerns a group. Than we will do our best to group your reservations as well as possible.

  • Does my Holiday Suite have WiFi?

Currently, not all our holiday residences are provided with WiFi. However, we do our utmost best to provide WiFi as fast as possible in each holiday stay.

  • Can I make a reservation as a group?

Through our site you can book multiple accommodation options of the same type. However, if you would like to reserve two or more different type of accommodations, you should mention in the comments that your reservation concerns a group, than we will try to make you stay together as close as possible. For group bookings 15+ people, please contact us via info@holidaysuites.eu or by telephone on +32 2 588 03 03 to receive a personal quote.

  • Can I smoke in my Holiday Suite?

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in a Holiday Suite. If you do smoke, we will be forced to withhold your security deposit.

  • What if anything is broken?

We check if everything is in working order before your arrival. If something is broken and we may not have noticed, please contact us via telephone on +32 2 588 03 03. We will make sure we dispatch someone to solve the problem as soon as possible. Please make sure to do this at the start of your stay!

  • Is an inventory available?

In the info folder, you’ll find an inventory list.

  • What kind of heating is there in the apartments and is the heating included in the price?

The heating is always included in the price. The kind of heating is different in each residence.

  • I want to leave a review about my holiday!

After your stay, you will receive an e-mail with a survey link. We would love to hear from you! If you have any remarks during your stay, feel free to contact us through feedback@holidaysuites.eu.

Reservation information

  • How do I make a reservation?

You can reach our booking pages by following this link. Just select the desired dates and the number of persons and you will get a list with availability.

  • What information does Holiday Suites need to complete my reservation?

Holiday Suites needs your name, address, telephone number, email, number of guests, date of arrival and departure and your destination to complete a booking.

  • Until when can I book a last-minute stay?

You can book a last-minute through our website until 12 a.m at the same day. If you search for an arrival date and there is a last minute promotion, then we will automatically give you the cheapest possible price.

  • Do I have to pay a booking fee?

No, you don’t have to pay a booking fee. The total price you see after entering your prefered dates, the number of people and your chosen supplements is the correct price for your holiday. Afterwards, there are no additional costs.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

When you book your holiday, you will be offered the most economical rate, which is non-cancellable free of charge. During you reservation you will be able to book the option « cancellation » for € 15/night. If you wish to book this option, you can cancel your holiday free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival.

  • I want to book something extra / made a mistake in my booking, what now?

Contact us via info@holidaysuites.eu or by phone on (+32 2 588 03 03). We’ll be happy to help!

Payment

  • What methods of payment are there?

You can easily reserve on this website and at the end of your reservation securely enter your credit card information (VISA, Mastercard, American express). However, in case you do not have a credit card, you can pay by bank transfer. You can choose for this option once you completed your reservation through our website. Further information about this payment you will receive via mail.

  • Can I pay at the destination?

Unfortunately no, as we do not have a reception at our destinations. You do can make a payment with credit card or bank transfer at distance.

  • What happens when I don't pay in time?

If we haven’t received your payment at the day of arrival, your key will not be available. Please make sure that your credit card covers your payment so everything goes smoothly.

  • Is a security deposit required?

No, for your convenience you don’t have to pay a deposit when you book your holiday. However, if something breaks during your stay, we ask you to inform us via info@holidaysuites.be or on +32 (0)2 588 03 03 of +33 (0)3 6688 0917.

Attention! If you haven’t booked your holiday directly on our website but on a different canal, it’s possible that you have to pay a deposit. Please check the terms of the specific channel.

  • Can I get an invoice of my stay?

Of course. Companies can demand an invoice of their stay by sending an email to reservaties@holidaysuites.be.
