Regarding the developments of COVID-19, the Belgian federal government has introduced a number of measures and conditions.
Update 6th of May – all residences
For holiday guests
On the 6th of May, the federal government extended the measures concerning the fight against the Corona virus until the 7th of June. This also means that all residences of Holiday Suites will remain closed until the 7th of June. We will contact our guests who have already booked. If we haven’t contacted you yet, you can send us an email to email@example.com and we will contact you as soon as possible. The health of our guests, your family and our staff remains important!

If you have booked your holiday with Holiday Suites and it cannot go ahead or you wish to book your next holiday today, we offer you the following flexibility.
You can change your booking free of charge. What does this mean precisely?
- You need to notify us 24 hours before your initial arrival date and inform us of your new arrival date.
- You can change your booking via email: email@example.com or via +32 (0)2 588 03 03.
- The new arrival date should be in 2020.
- You can move your stay once and you can also choose another destination or length of stay.
- The amount paid will not be refunded.
- If you move your stay to a more expensive period, you will pay the difference on top of it.
- These rules only apply to direct bookings, without intermediaries.
- If you have booked through a tour operator, please contact them directly.
Holiday Suites has the right to reverse these temporary flexible change conditions at any time and thus stop them.
We always clean our accommodations according to the highest standards. As a result of the current situation, we have tightened up our procedures and increased the use additional disinfectants. Every destination is provided with disinfecting products, gloves and mouth masks. Our cleaning teams have also been given adapted procedures to treat contact points with extra rigour, such as remote controls, switches, lifts, etc.,...
Of course, we also follow the recommendations of the federal government and the development of the coronavirus closely. If the situation so requires, we will continue to adapt our procedures where necessary.
With our digital reception you don't have to check in at a physical reception and wait in a long queue. You will receive your access codes via e-mail or SMS and you can go directly to your suite.
Our suites have an equipped kitchen, allowing you to continue cooking in your own accomodation.
According to the guidelines, food stores remain open as usual. Restaurants, on the other hand, are no longer allowed to receive guests, but can offer a take-away service.
