Walking and Cycling in Blankenberge
Walking
Walking in Blankenberge never gets boring. You can follow the Belle Epoque route, stroll along the promenade, or walk on the beach. On both sides of the dunes (towards Wenduine and Zeebrugge), there are paths laid out – the choice is yours how far you want to go!
The Zeebrugge side is connected to the beautiful nature reserve called 'de Fonteintjes'. This area consists of a series of artificial and partly natural dune pools. It stretches over a 4 km long strip between the dunes and the coastal road between Blankenberge and Zeebrugge.
Cycling
