- You grant Holiday Suites a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, edit and share this content.

- you have obtained consent from every person who appears in the images
Retention period
- Submitted content is kept for a maximum of 5 years.
Withdrawal of consent

3. Newsletters & e-mails
You receive e-mails from us when:
- you have given your consent
- you requested information about our projects
- you showed interest in similar products

6. Operation (owners – operating mandate)
When you enter into an operating mandate with us, we process data in order to correctly perform the agreement:
- bank account number
- identity details
- administrative correspondence
We may share data with:
- CRM systems
- cloud providers
- public authorities and third parties (where required or necessary)
We cannot perform the agreement if we do not receive the necessary personal data.

- up to 3 years after termination of the operating mandate

7. Job applications
When you apply for a job with us, we store:

- motivation letter

- notes from interviews
- test results

8. Working at Holiday Suites
When you are employed by Holiday Suites, we process personal data to:

- leave and absence data
- test results
- insurance-related information
