Enjoying the coast with Your dog

Welcome to Middelkerke! You and your dog can enjoy the beach all year round, especially in the dog zone from Carlton to the border with Oostende. Dogs are allowed to roam freely on this stretch of beach. Additionally, there are three other areas where dogs are welcome:

• Along Louis Logierlaan, west of the sports beach, where dogs must remain on a leash with a length of 10 meters.

• From the extension of Sluisvaartstraat to the border with Oostende, where dogs can roam freely.

• The last zone is located between Idyllelaan and the border with Nieuwpoort, where dogs also need to be kept on a leash of 10 meters
